🎉 Party Mix #1: The Songs You Keep Coming Back To

Top Party mix #1

The numbers are in, and apparently the Forklift Yacht Club has developed a party playlist. 😂

Party Mix #1 is a collection of some of our most-played songs—the tracks that have been getting the most attention and the ones listeners keep coming back to.

There’s no particular story tying them all together. No mission briefing. No carefully organized genre classification.

Just songs that have proven they deserve another spin.

So whether you’ve been following FYC from the beginning or you’re just discovering what the heck is happening at the Forklift Yacht Club, this is a good place to jump in.

Turn it up, hit play, and let the party start.

🚢 What's Playing?

Party Mix #1 brings together some of the tracks that have stood out the most so far, from the strange corners of the FYC universe to the songs that somehow became repeat offenders on the playlist.

Some are ridiculous.

Some are surprisingly serious.

Some probably should never have worked.

And somehow, they all ended up here.

🎶 Why “Party Mix”?

Because sometimes you don't need a storyline.

Sometimes you just need a playlist.

This is Party Mix #1—a snapshot of what people are actually listening to, and a chance to put some of our most-played songs together in one place.

And if this one goes well...

Well, there might have to be a Party Mix #2. 😸

Welcome to the party.

The Beams Are Coming

The Beams Are Coming There are some things you design because they sound funny. Then there are some things you design because you eventually need to know whether the ridiculous thing you created in your head actually works as a shirt. Two of those experiments are currently on their way to First Logistics Yard. Halloween V. Christmas Forklift Yacht Club The Laser Beam Hawaiian Shirt and the Halloween vs. Christmas Hawaiian Shirt have officially been ordered. According to the shipping estimate, they should be arriving sometime between September 19th and 21st. And there's a plan for the Halloween vs. Christmas shirt. I'm wearing it from September through December. That's four months. Because seasonal clothing doesn't necessarily have to mean short-lived clothing. Halloween starts showing up long before October, and Christmas decorations start appearing before Halloween has even finished defending its territory. So why make something that only works for a couple...

Finally Here, Finally Home — The Shirts Have Arrived Today was the day. (Don't feel love reading? Song here, yes it's reads to you type of futuristic vibes) I checked my mail, saw the package, brought it inside, and finally got to open it. Inside were the two shirts I sent off to be made from my own artwork. Yes. Two shirts. And there’s something different about seeing your artwork on a screen versus actually holding it in your hands — and then putting it on. Forklift Yacht Club The first shirt was the one I was especially excited to see. Laizer Beam. And now she’s actually on a shirt. I put it on and just had that moment of: I can't believe I'm wearing this. Laizer Beam in her lift, driving with her sails true. Now that's right. Laizer beam LB001  Shop page This one feels like the artwork finally made it out of my head and onto something real. Not a file. Not a design sitting on a computer. A shirt. Something I can actually wear. And then there's the other shir...
