The commercials have arrived.

Forklift Yacht Club is starting something new: a collection of standalone musical stories that feel like commercials, sound like show tunes, and somehow keep turning into something much bigger.

Welcome to Forklift Yacht Club: Commercial Break.

The first two songs introduce the series through the unlikely partnership of Rowdy and Crosswire, where ordinary warehouse conversations have a habit of becoming much more complicated than they should.

SONG 01 — WHAT IS FORKLIFT YACHT CLUB?

Crosswire found a little Forklift Yacht Club button in the warehouse.

He didn't think much of it.

Then he noticed Rowdy wearing the same symbol.

One simple question leads Crosswire down a rabbit hole of stories, characters, strange transmissions, distant worlds, and adventures he never knew existed.

What starts with a button becomes a discovery that Forklift Yacht Club is much bigger than a name.

What is Forklift Yacht Club?

That's the question.

SONG 02 — WHAT DOESN'T AISLE BLUE HAVE?

Crosswire has always believed that Aisle Blue has everything.

Rowdy isn't convinced.

So Rowdy starts asking questions.

A hammer?

Aisle Blue.

A forklift?

Aisle Blue.

A navigation beacon?

Aisle Blue.

A submarine?

...Probably Aisle Blue.

As Rowdy keeps searching for something—anything—that Aisle Blue doesn't have, the challenge grows into a full-blown musical showdown.

Eventually, they find the one thing Aisle Blue doesn't carry.

Forklift Yacht Club.

The first two songs are just the beginning.

Forklift Yacht Club: Commercial Break is where the stories, characters, music, and strange little pieces of this universe get to step into the spotlight.

Sometimes it's a commercial.

Sometimes it's a story.

Sometimes it's just Rowdy and Crosswire arguing about what Aisle Blue sells.

Either way...

The break is over when we say it is.

Fur Webs Has Arrived Sometimes a character tells you who they really are. When we first introduced Spider Cat, it was a working title that fit the original concept. But as the story grew, so did the character. The more we wrote, the more it became clear that this wasn't just a cat with spider abilities. He's a warehouse worker with seven opinionated tails, a talent for finding trouble, and a habit of solving problems in the most unexpected ways. So it's official... Spider Cat is now Fur Webs. The full in-universe title is: The Fur-Coated Web and the Seven Tails But, thanks to Dockhound doing what Dockhound does best, the nickname "Fur Webs" stuck—and everyone knows that's exactly what he'll keep calling him. This name captures the personality of the character far better than the original ever did. 🌊 LAIZER BEAM: TIDAL FREQUENCY An Interview with Surfer Beam The FYC Boardwalk Journal The boardwalk was unusually busy this afternoon. Apparently, word travels fast when a blue-gray cat disappears inside a massive wave, shoots through the barrel, and comes flying out the other side while everyone else on the beach is convinced the wave is about to collapse. We found Surfer Beam at Catch of the Day, still wearing her wetsuit, her modified surfboard leaning against the wall beside her. She was halfway through dinner. We asked if we could talk.
