First Yard Logistics Hub — Shipment Advisory
We have received an update regarding the Sandy Claws seasonal shipment originating from NPZ-3.
The shipment was delivered to First Yard Logistics Hub for seasonal processing. Upon inspection, the load was determined to have arrived before the approved seasonal receiving window.
❌ Shipment Rejected
First Yard Logistics Hub is currently processing and selling current-season merchandise. In accordance with standard receiving procedures, seasonal inventory for a future season cannot be accepted until current-season inventory has been sufficiently processed.
The shipment was therefore rejected and designated for return to sender.
This is a normal logistics procedure.
Probably.
↩️ Return to Sender
The shipment has been assigned a standard return and will be transported back to NPZ-3, its original point of origin.
However, please be advised that returned freight is not prioritized over active shipments.
Scheduled outbound freight, current-season inventory, customer orders, and other operationally important cargo are processed first.
Returned freight will be processed when capacity becomes available.
This may take several days.
Or longer.

🎄 A Seasonal Complication
Interestingly, the seasonal receiving window may open while the shipment is still waiting to be returned.
If the shipment eventually departs First Yard Logistics Hub after the Christmas receiving window opens, it may technically be eligible for seasonal receiving upon arrival.
Unfortunately, by that point, it will still be classified as rejected return freight.
Therefore, the shipment will continue through the standard return process.
Because that is what the paperwork says.
📦 Please Do Not Contact the Hub
We understand that customers may have questions regarding the shipment's lack of movement.
Please remember:
A return is not an active shipment.
It is a return.
Returns are processed after active freight.
If the tracking status says PROCESSING RETURN, the shipment is, in fact, processing its return.
The absence of movement does not indicate a problem.
It indicates that the return is waiting its turn.
Thank you for your patience and for not shipping Christmas merchandise before Christmas season.
