🚧 What Is Forklift Yacht Club?

Forklift Yacht Club began with a simple idea: take the familiar world of warehouse life, forklifts, industrial work, and everyday workplace humor and turn it into something much bigger.

From there, the universe started growing.

- Laizer Beam — A blue-grey tabby connected to aviation, storm chasing, and the LYRA-9 storyline.

- Bianca — One of the characters connected to the LYRA-9 storm research stories.

- Claudia — Another character connected to the FYC storm and aviation universe.

- Spider Cat — A cat whose story begins with a spider and quickly becomes much stranger than anyone expected.

The character roster continues to grow, and new characters can appear through music, concept art, stories, stickers, and fictional broadcasts.

🚢 The Land Yacht

One of the best examples of FYC humor is the ongoing question of what exactly qualifies as a yacht.

Jacques:

I wish I had a yacht.

Rowdy:

You have a land yacht.

Jacques:

Rowdy, what are you talking about?

Rowdy:

Yeah, yeah. A land yacht. You know, the thing you're driving? Who else could afford a forklift?

Jacques:

Rowdy, I know this cost more than my car, but come on, man. A yacht?

At this point, Jacques has reached the end of his patience with Rowdy's logic for the day.

The joke may seem like a simple exchange between two characters.

But there's a slight problem.

Pawpoint Dock.

When the tide comes in at Pawpoint Dock, forklifts can occasionally find themselves surrounded by water.

Whether they actually float is debatable.

Whether this makes them yachts is even more debatable.

The FYC Safety Department would strongly prefer that nobody conduct an experiment.

Rowdy, naturally, may disagree.

The stories of Piper Academy are part of a musical world where the listener may think they are simply hearing music, while hidden within the songs is another story.

A folklore tale can exist beneath the surface, waiting for someone to discover it.
