Some adventures don't begin with a discovery.

Sometimes they begin with a question.

When we finished Unknown Relay, Amber and Agie had accomplished what every explorer hopes for—they found something no one expected. A relay, far beyond the edge of any known network, answered one of their routine exploration reports.

But answering isn't the same as communicating.

In Echoes in the Static, Amber continues doing what she loves most: exploring new worlds, meeting strange cultures, and documenting the incredible places hidden throughout the galaxy. Every report is another adventure, another lesson, and another reason to wonder what's waiting beyond the next star.

Meanwhile, Agie has a mystery to solve.

Why do the returned reports arrive damaged?

Why do some pieces seem... different?

Is an aging relay struggling to reconstruct old transmissions? Could cosmic radiation be scattering pieces of their reports across space before reflecting them back? Or has someone discovered their broadcasts and is trying to communicate using the only language they have?

Neither Amber nor Agie knows.

And that's what makes exploration exciting.

As the season unfolds, their cheerful mission reports slowly become something else—a scientific investigation into a phenomenon that shouldn't exist. Every new transmission raises more questions than answers, yet Amber refuses to give up. After all, every mystery is simply an adventure waiting to happen.

This second album marks the beginning of a larger story. The music grows alongside the characters, blending bright adventure-pop with dreamy synths, cinematic textures, and hints of the unknown. Amber's optimism remains the heart of every song, while Agie's careful observations remind us that sometimes the smallest details lead to the biggest discoveries.
