Employee of the month
Employee of the month for April 2026
Subject:
Employee Profile Photo Guidelines Update
Hi Team,
We’ve recently noticed a growing trend in employee profile photos—specifically, an increase in the use of cat portraits. While we fully support and appreciate everyone’s love for their feline companions, we’d like to clarify expectations regarding profile images, especially in relation to Employee of the Month recognition.
To ensure consistency and proper recognition, we kindly ask that all employees use a clear photo of themselves as their official profile picture. This helps leadership, peers, and company communications accurately identify and celebrate individuals for their contributions.
As impressive, photogenic, and undoubtedly deserving as your cats may be, they are unfortunately not eligible for Employee of the Month consideration at this time.
Please update your profile photo at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your cooperation—and give your cats a well-deserved treat from us.
Best regards,
Management

Re: Employee Profile Photo Guidelines Update
Hi Management Team,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I’ve reviewed the current Employee of the Month profiles and can confirm that the issue has been addressed. All featured employees are now represented with appropriate photos of themselves rather than their (admittedly very distinguished) feline counterparts.
While morale may have briefly dipped among the unofficial “Cat of the Month” candidates, overall compliance has been achieved.
Please let me know if any further adjustments are needed.
Best regards,
Operations Lead
